Owners Bob and Debbie Crawley live in Decaturville,TN close to the Tennesssee River and have one son Gatlin Crawley. We believe if you treat your customers right they will be your customers for life. Debbie and I carry that same philosophy when hiring and keeping employees around for a long time.  We expect our people to treat our customers with the same attitude we have, knowing a happy customer is a customer who will trade with you again and will tell others. We feel we have been successful because we have the best staff you will find anywhere.   

Lynn Starrett has been with us 7 years and is married to Leslie, they live in Decatuville, TN with their son Houston. Lynn is a true asset to Glassworks. He is always dependable, friendly and helpful to our customers. We are so thankful Lynn came to us when looking to change employment.  We also hope and pray Lynn stays with us until he retires.
